Five Star	These exclusive properties offer sophisticated interiors with pristine landscape. Properties often feature ample space, designer furnishings, and special touches such as fresh flowers and flat-screen televisions. Sophisticated amenities may include specially designed rooms for therapy, massage, salon, barber, entertainment and movie viewing. Properties of this caliber often offer private rooms with stylish furnishings, cable television and private phone. Residents may expect gourmet dining that is prepared to order. These properties most often are located in the most desirable cities.
Four Star	These properties most often cater to the value-oriented individual. Accommodations typically include traditional decor with spacious living areas and private rooms. Well-planned nutritious meals meet all state standards, while honoring special dietary requirements.  Properties are typically newer or recently remodeled and located in sought after neighborhoods.
Three Star	These properties offer clean, simple accommodations geared toward the price conscious individual. A mixture of private and semi-private rooms with shared bathrooms are common and decor is minimal and functional. Well-planned nutritious meals meet all state standards, while honoring special dietary requirements. Properties are typically older; yet meet all state regulatory guidelines.
Two Star	These properties offer clean, simple accommodations that meet all state regulatory requirements.
One Star	These properties do NOT currently meet Majestic standards, yet may meet all state regulatory requirements.
